believe it or not, broke my brace yesterday with doing nothing. Today its fixed again.I can start with fysio this week,looking forward to it

got my brace, have to wear it for 4 weeks. Hope my back will heal quick

on my way home in ambulance from davos. Hurt alot, hope I will recover quickly. Hospital in Davos think about 6 weeks. dont like.......
